Job description
  1. Review and assess high-priority or complex cases in the system, ensuring that each one is resolved in a timely manner.
  2. Track and categorize cases based on their nature and complexity to optimize workflow.
  3. Support internal knowledge management initiatives by maintaining and updating the knowledge base with solutions, tips, and frequently asked questions (FAQs).
  4. Train and assist new team members with necessary resources and processes.
  5. Collaborate with senior support staff to offer coaching and feedback to junior team members.
  6. Ensure smooth handovers between departments to maintain consistent communication with clients and resolve cases efficiently.
  7. Work closely with other departments.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Graduate (Females Only).
  2. 2-4 years in the Banking sector is a must.
  3. Strong communication (written and verbal).
  4. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  5. Ability to collaborate across teams.
  6. Basic understanding of financial systems and bank-related processes.
