Micah Solutions FZE is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our client, a prominent firm in Dubai. As an Accountant, you will play a key role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing accurate financial information to support decision-making processes within the organization. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with relevant policies and regulations
Perform reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts
Manage payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employee salaries
Support external auditors during audits and prepare necessary documentation
Provide financial advice and support to management as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
Experience in Real Estate/Property Development/ Construction
