Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team in Fujairah, Dibba. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong accounting background to grow with a leading company in the Mineral Water Manufacturing & Distribution industry.

Responsibilities / Duties:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Payroll Management.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and resolution of discrepancies.
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws and other financial regulations.
• Perform other accounting tasks as required by management.
• Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Bank reconciliation, VAT return filing preparation.
• Journal Entry, Petty Cash, General Ledger, vendor & customer Reconciliation.
• Cash flow, Trial balance, Assist to audit for Financial report in UAE.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• University Degree (Bachelor’s or Higher) in Accounting/Finance or Business.
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of work experience with similar job responsibilities.
• Fluency in English – Spoken and written is a MUST.
• Proficiency with computers and basic software programs: Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc).
• Complete working knowledge with computerized accounting systems such as Microsoft Navision, etc.
• Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize, work under pressure, and get the job done within the given deadlines.
• Must be motivated, organized, and systematic. Willingness to take on challenging tasks.
