Job Title: Accountant (with Admin & Inventory Management Duties)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accountant with additional responsibilities in Administration and Inventory Management. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring smooth administrative operations, and maintaining accurate stock and inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

  1. Manage daily bookkeeping and general ledger entries.
  2. Prepare financial reports, expense summaries, and account reconciliations.
  3. Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
  4. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  5. Prepare VAT submissions and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Administration:

  1. Manage office operations and maintain administrative documentation.
  2. Handle employee records, attendance logs, and leave management.
  3. Coordinate with HR for onboarding/offboarding procedures.
  4. Support procurement and vendor coordination.

Inventory Management:

  1. Track stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
  2. Perform regular stock audits and prepare inventory reports.
  3. Coordinate incoming/outgoing inventory with logistics and procurement teams.
  4. Implement procedures to prevent stock discrepancies and losses.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 2–3 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles; experience with inventory management is a plus.
  3. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho) and MS Office (especially Excel).
  4. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and VAT handling.
  5. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  6. Strong communication and coordination abilities.
