Job description
Responsibilities:
- Actively promote the company’s products and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the role.
- Proactively address client needs, building and maintaining strong client relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and support to clients using the company's trading platforms or systems.
- Stay updated on financial market trends and communicate market updates to clients clearly and effectively.
- Follow the company’s compliance policies and procedures with regard to processing client documentation and other relevant matters.
Who are we looking for?
- At least 1-2 years of Account Manager experience in a Conversion/Retention position in a financial services company is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is a must, with fluency in other languages, such as Arabic, Hindi, or French, considered a plus.
- Computer literate with a good capacity in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively with clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Dynamic, innovative, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and take the initiative to expand the client base.
- Ability to handle a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
