Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Actively promote the company’s products and ensure a high level of customer service.
  2. Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the role.
  3. Proactively address client needs, building and maintaining strong client relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
  4. Provide guidance and support to clients using the company's trading platforms or systems.
  5. Stay updated on financial market trends and communicate market updates to clients clearly and effectively.
  6. Follow the company’s compliance policies and procedures with regard to processing client documentation and other relevant matters.

Who are we looking for?

  1. At least 1-2 years of Account Manager experience in a Conversion/Retention position in a financial services company is highly advantageous.
  2. Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is a must, with fluency in other languages, such as Arabic, Hindi, or French, considered a plus.
  3. Computer literate with a good capacity in Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Proven ability to negotiate effectively with clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
  5. Dynamic, innovative, and target-driven.
  6. Ability to work independently and take the initiative to expand the client base.
  7. Ability to handle a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
