Account Manager Sales and Client servicing

Job Responsibilities

• Handle clients and ensure accounts are managed smoothly.
• Develop out-of-the-box ideas.
• Serve as the primary account liaison between the client and the team.
• Organize work and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships while serving as the primary point of contact.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales initiatives.

Oversee the smooth running of the hiring cycle with clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

Discuss terms and prices with clients, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet sales targets.

Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Operations and Sales in Recruitment/Manpower hiring across UAE.
