The role:
In this pivotal role, you’ll drive revenue and build long-lasting client relationships in the fast-paced iGaming industry. With a deep understanding of the online gambling landscape and a passion for excellence, you’ll thrive in a demanding, rapidly evolving environment while upholding the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for driving and maximizing revenues on assigned customers;
  2. Develop strong customer relationships with relevant stakeholders within the customers;
  3. Act as main point of contact within the organization for your customers;
  4. Develop sector and market expertise and take a consultative approach to gain a clear understanding of the customers’ business drivers and requirements;
  5. Continual monitoring of user feedback to anticipate business needs and forward them to the Product department;
  6. Organize and/or represent the company at events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators;
  7. Regularly report KPIs and status of accounts to the Head of Account Management.
Requirements:
  1. Ideally gaming experience, with previous experience within the online B2B industry as a Sales person or Account Manager;
  2. Self-starter and motivated to succeed individual with highly developed social and communication skills;
  3. Strong negotiation skills;
  4. Able to handle top tier clients and the pressure that comes along with it;
  5. A problem solver proactive approach;
  6. Ability to cope with a fast-paced, complex and rapidly changing environment;
  7. Commercially minded, with strong analytical / numerical skills;
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  9. Proficiency in English and Russian.
