Your Responsibilities:
Driving growth and maximizing revenues on assigned customers.
Developing strong customer relationships with relevant stakeholders within the customers.
Acting as the main point of contact within the organization for your customers.
Developing sector and market expertise and taking a consultative approach to gain a clear understanding of the customers’ business drivers and requirements.
Continual monitoring of user feedback to anticipate business needs and forward them to the Product department.
Organizing and/or representing the company at events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators.
Regularly reporting KPIs and status of accounts to the Head of Account Management.
The Successful Candidate:
Self-starter and motivated individual with highly developed social and communication skills.
1-3+ years in Sales/Account Management/Customer Service.
Strong negotiation skills.
Able to handle top-tier clients and the pressure that comes along with it.
A proactive problem solver.
Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
Ability to cope with a fast-paced, complex and rapidly changing environment.
Commercially minded, with strong analytical/numerical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
iGaming experience is highly preferred but not a must.
