Job Overview

The HPE Account Manager will be responsible for driving, developing, and maintaining channel partner relationships and business for HPE Servers, storage, and Aruba networking products in UAE.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Building strong and positive relationships with assigned partners at various levels.
2. Taking an active role in attaining both qualitative and quantitative benchmarks within the designated territory.
3. Updating the pipeline and forecast on a regular basis.
4. Meeting revenue and profit targets within the assigned region.
5. Collaborating with vendor representatives for deal registrations and commercial arrangements.
6. Sustaining and enhancing relationships with channel partners in Kuwait.
7. Coordinating with the product team to execute various market and business development initiatives.
8. Overseeing all aspects of channel partner relationships and transactions.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree.
2. 5-6 years of ICT distribution experience and channel management experience, preferably in Data Centre solutions.
3. Broad knowledge of IT Data Centre products, solutions, and services (preferably on Servers, storage, and Networking).
4. Experience in the Middle East is essential, preferably in UAE.
5. Good communication (oral and written) in English is essential; Arabic would be an advantage.
6. Very good command of MS Office.
7. Multitasking ability to handle various workloads with good time management.
8. Team player with strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with internal and external customers.
