Our Client in the Events industry is seeking an Account Manager with Event Project Management experience to join their team in Dubai.
The role:
The Account Manager will be the key point of contact between the business and their selected Accounts to ensure clear communication and client happiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle
Coordinate event logistics including venue selection, setup, and breakdown
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Provide timely updates and solutions to clients' needs and concerns
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
Monitor event budgets and timelines
Qualifications:
Proven experience in account management, event planning, or related field
