Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Account Manager to join our Sales team in Dubai. As an Account Manager at Ceenex, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to grow accounts, nurturing and expanding our customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess 4-5 years of local UAE experience in key account management for IT Sales, managing large enterprise accounts portfolios, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs, industry dynamics, and the ability to strategize for long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do:

  1. Acquire the enterprise accounts, local accounts, and large account portfolios.
  2. Responsible for selling SI solutions (Hardware & Software), Networking Sales (Active & Passive), and Cyber Security Sales.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  4. Prospecting to acquire new accounts for lead generation.
  5. Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes.
  6. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
  7. Revenue Growth: Develop and implement account strategies to maximize revenue and upsell additional products or services. Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling.
  8. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives. Develop strategic account plans to achieve long-term success and increased account value.
  9. Problem Resolution: Address client concerns promptly and work collaboratively with internal teams to find effective solutions. Proactively identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Min 4-5 years of local UAE Sales experience in a Sales Account Manager or similar role in the UAE.
  3. Hands-on experience in SI Sales, Networking Sales, and Cyber Security Sales. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets of 3 Million AED.
  4. Proven experience in selling solutions based on CISCO, VMware, Huawei, Lenovo, HP, Dell, CITRIX, RedHat, etc. are preferred.
  5. UAE driving license is a must. Experience managing large account portfolios.
  6. Strong understanding of the market trends in UAE.
  7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
