We're on the search for an Account Manager, to join our Private Label Solutions (PLS) team in Dubai. PLS leverages the best of the Expedia Group`s partner-facing APIs and template products with a laser focus on B2B, powering hundreds of partners around the world. As the Expedia Group`s partner-focused arm, PLS` mission is to provide its partners with solutions to fuel their growth. PLS partners with businesses across a wide range of verticals, including loyalty programs, airlines, travel agents, corporate travel management companies and online retailers who remarket PLS rates and availabilities to their travellers.


What you'll do:

  • Grow and manage a portfolio of existing and new PLS partners across Middle East, Türkiye and Africa.
  • Account ownership of partner relationships post-launch with clear profitability/revenue targets and the identification and development of incremental revenue opportunities.
  • Management of a mix of partners from multiple segments with clear profitability/revenue targets.
  • Build effective client relationships and lead complex commercial negotiations.
  • Influence the decision-making of both internal and external stakeholders through formal and informal negotiations/discussions.
  • Travel regularly and meet partners face-to-face. Travel requirements are both domestic and international.

Who you are:

  • Proficient in English and Arabic. Turkish is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of hotel B2B distribution in across Middle East, Türkiye and Africa.
  • Strong relationship/communication skills; required as role is client facing, involving client contact in negotiation and in ongoing partner contact.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage a wide variety of projects simultaneously and under deadline.
  • Experience working in online travel/commerce/retailing/portals, a plus.
  • Technical Project Management experience would be a plus.
  • A good understanding of the internet technologies used in the travel industry.
  • Extensive e-commerce experience and familiarity with e-commerce/e-marketing metrics and their management is highly desirable.
  • University Degree. MBA or Master`s Degree, a plus.
