Account Manager - BTL activation and Trade Marketing experience
About the Company - Our client is seeking an Account Manager to join their dynamic and fast-growing marketing agency, driving the development and implementation of marketing strategies for some of the Middle East's leading brands. It's a high-paced, results-driven environment that requires a proactive individual with a positive can-do attitude to manage a portfolio of key accounts and projects with a focus on shopper marketing strategy and retail trade activations.
About the Role - Reporting to the Group Account Director, the key responsibilities of the role include:
Qualifications - To be eligible for the role, you must possess some experience in marketing (preferably Shopper Marketing/Trade Marketing) in an Account Manager role. Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns would be ideal.
Required Skills - We're looking for someone who is positive, passionate, and a great communicator. You will be a supportive team member with the initiative to drive your accounts and assist your team members when required. You need to have extensive experience with Shopper Marketing, including developing strategies and executing campaigns. Managing events from initiation to completion. Understanding consumer purchasing behavior. There is a great deal of autonomy in the role and to be effective you must be extremely organized, with strong attention to detail and possess the ability to respond quickly, problem-solve, and prioritize effectively. You must also be able to work collaboratively within a team and across departments as this is something we pride ourselves on to deliver results.
