Supy is revolutionizing the restaurant industry with our advanced inventory management software. Our platform enables restaurants to optimize operations, minimize waste, and boost profitability. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven and strategic Account Manager to join our Dubai team and ensure our partners achieve exceptional results.

Role Overview:

As an Account Manager at Supy, you will be the cornerstone of our partner relationships. Your role will focus on nurturing partnerships, driving renewals, and uncovering opportunities for expanded engagement. You'll leverage data-driven insights to guide our partners toward success, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Relationship Building: Develop and sustain strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders, serving as their trusted advisor and go-to resource.
  2. Contract Management: Lead the contract renewal process, ensuring timely renewals and maintaining high retention rates.
  3. Growth Initiatives: Identify and drive opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features and services to enhance partner engagement.
  4. Analytical Guidance: Use data and analytics to track performance, uncover trends, and deliver actionable recommendations that help partners optimize their use of Supy.
  5. Feedback Integration: Collect and synthesize partner feedback, collaborating with internal teams to refine and enhance our offerings.
  6. Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with sales, product, and support teams to provide a cohesive and seamless experience for our partners.
  7. Performance Reporting: Create and deliver detailed performance reports, showcasing the value Supy provides and identifying areas for further growth.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field, preferably within SaaS or the restaurant/hospitality industry.
  2. Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in driving upsells and cross-sells, contributing to revenue growth and expanded engagement.
  3. Analytical Proficiency: Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic recommendations for partners.
  4. Exceptional Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and build trust.
  5. Partner-Focused Mindset: Commitment to delivering exceptional service and ensuring long-term partner satisfaction.
  6. Team Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams, fostering a cooperative and supportive work environment.
