Job description

Our client is a leading educational organization in art who is searching for qualified talent to join their firm:

  • Responsible for servicing & recruiting Clients & Talents to meet KPI monthly sales of client job posts and talents memberships
  • Responsible for introducing, servicing Clients & Talents to add offline services such as Head shots, Talent Demo Reel, Booking Studio time and general client and talent support.
  • Lead and Oversee Team to create Talent & Client customer servicing procedures, email templates, phone calling templates and customer service FAQs related to online and offline services such as Client job post, Talent Memberships, Talent Head shots, Self tapes, & Studio booking.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Sales, Customer Service, Hospitality, Communication.
  • At least 4 years work experience of work in Advertising Agency, Production Company or Online job recruitment platform is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge in working with CRM, database, talent recruitment platforms is preferred.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
