Headhunter | Management Consulting | Executive Search

We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager to join our client. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty, and overseeing the seamless execution of key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  2. Coordinate and manage shipments, ensuring smooth execution of services.
  3. Identify opportunities for business expansion with existing clients.
  4. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability.
  5. Provide regular reporting and analysis to track performance.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in key account management, preferably within a client-facing role.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Ability to work effectively across teams to ensure service excellence.
  4. Experience working with high-net-worth clients is a plus.
  5. Willingness to travel as required.
