Job Summary

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients, driving sales, and supporting business growth in the Middle East region, especially in the GCC. This role requires strong techno-commercial expertise in solar PV and energy storage solutions, a deep understanding of the regional market, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with key customers, EPCs, developers, and distributors in the solar PV and energy storage sectors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth by promoting Sungrow’s products and solutions.
  • Work closely with the regional sales and technical teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies.
  • Provide market intelligence, including competitor analysis and industry trends, to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating post-sales support, warranty services, and technical assistance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain, logistics, and project execution.
  • Represent Sungrow at industry events, trade shows, and conferences in the Middle East region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management within the solar PV, energy storage, or power electronics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of solar inverters, energy storage systems, and grid regulations in the Middle East.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales processes and close high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, Chinese is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across the Middle East region.
