Your Mission at ITCAN

As an Account Manager – AdTech Focus, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and expanding high-value client accounts across the GCC and beyond. This role is all about strategic thinking, flawless execution, and keeping your finger on the pulse of performance marketing trends. Whether it’s influencer marketing, affiliate strategies, or cutting-edge digital campaigns, you’ll lead with confidence and insight.

What You’ll Own

  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with top-tier clients—be their go-to strategic advisor.

  • Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across influencer, affiliate, and digital channels.

  • Lead client communications and daily operations with clarity, urgency, and a solutions-first mindset.

  • Identify growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and smart performance insights.

  • Drive client retention and satisfaction by consistently exceeding campaign KPIs.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and strategic consultations with clients.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure exceptional campaign delivery.

  • Keep accounts healthy—on-time invoicing, revenue tracking, and insightful reporting.

  • Analyze market trends and client data to refine and scale strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–8 years of experience in account management, preferably in AdTech, digital marketing, or performance media.

  • A solid track record with major platforms or partners like Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, or YouTube.

  • Deep understanding of performance-driven marketing, especially influencer and affiliate models.

  • Sharp communication, client relationship, and negotiation skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Experience in evaluating media plans and collaborating with creative and technical teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
