Reporting to the Sector Sales Manager, you will be involved in all areas of Consumer Care Sales and Account Management activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Presenting and demonstrating products or services to potential clients.
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals with all customers.
  • Providing excellent technical experience, customer service, and sales support.
  • Preparing sales reports and forecasts.
  • Attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

Who We're Looking For

  • Chemistry or Chemical Engineering background or pharmacist with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the same field.
  • Good experience in the chemical sales field, mainly for UAE, GCC, and Lebanon is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in sales CRM systems.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions.
  • High levels of empathy and customer service skills.
