A client-focused role responsible for maintaining and growing long-term client relationships within the exhibitions/events sector. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by identifying opportunities, collaborating with internal teams for seamless project delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction. A UAE driver's license is essential and Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with new and existing accounts, ensuring strong long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and repeat business.
Serve as the main point of contact, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of custom exhibition booths and event concepts that meet client expectations.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, retention goals, and client acquisition objectives.
Stay ahead of industry trends to provide innovative recommendations to clients.
Track account performance and provide regular updates and reporting to the Managing Director.
Qualifications:
Experience in account management, preferably in the exhibitions/events/design sector.
Target-driven mindset with a strong ability to hit KPIs and revenue goals.
Proficient in MS Office, skilled in creating compelling PowerPoint presentations, familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT), and effective in professional communication and correspondence.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
