Your Contribution to Our Growth

We are hiring for an Account Manager to represent our fast-growing financial services business and maintain our Middle East and Africa client accounts from our office in Dubai. As the key point of contact for existing clients, you will build and nurture long-term relationships, ensuring they get the most out of our digital asset infrastructure solutions. Your deep understanding of their needs, combined with your ability to spot new revenue opportunities, will be crucial in driving success for both our clients and Aquanow. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an entrepreneurial team in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment at the forefront of the crypto industry.

You will work closely with both clients and internal teams, continuously crafting innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the financial services and crypto ecosystem. Whether it’s attending industry events, managing client records, or helping to develop new business solutions, your role will be essential in shaping the future of digital asset infrastructure in the region. With your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and client-focused approach, you’ll be making a significant impact in the fast-growing and dynamic crypto space.

What You’ll Do

  1. Acting as point of contact for our existing clients and building strong, long-term relationships with them.
  2. Developing a thorough understanding of our clients’ role in the financial ecosystem, their products and services, and competitive landscape.
  3. Monitor our clients’ usage of our services and identify new revenue opportunities, using our internal workflow and CRM tool.
  4. Maintaining client records in the CRM system, keeping track of any client points of contact and request with detailed requirements and timelines.
  5. Building strong relationships and collaborating with internal stakeholders to continuously help build, update, and craft new business solutions for our clients.
  6. As necessary, meeting clients, and representing Aquanow at events and conferences.
  7. Developing and managing industry relationships.

We’d Love to See

  1. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or relevant industry is preferred.
  2. 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or project management within the financial services, technology, or payments industries
  3. Ability to effectively communicate with client leaders and stakeholders of all levels
  4. Ability to work independently, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind
  5. Organizational skills, good attention to detail, and creative thinking aptitude
  6. Fluent written, communication, and visual presentation skills
  7. High degree of professionalism and ethical standards
  8. Keen interests in expanding the applications of digital assets on a broad scale
  9. Experience with MS Excel and CRM tools
