Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor account performance and recommend improvements to maximize results.
  • Prepare reports and analyze key performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or Customer Success Manager.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
