Job Purpose

The Account Manager is primarily responsible for the management of relationships with clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Fully understands and applies the SOCIALEYEZ brand identity including our Vision, Mission, Core Values, Core Purpose and Brand Promise. This identity needs to guide all our actions and communications.
  2. Ensuring each team member is trained when joining the business and offers ongoing training and support throughout.
  3. Developing effective strategies for each client following the company's strategy outline and ensuring strategies are creative and innovative.
  4. Ensuring the team has completed documentation in place for each client in line with the company's policies.
  5. Ensuring the team is delivering regular insights to their clients.
  6. Meeting clients regularly and working towards maintaining high satisfaction scores.
  7. Reviewing the monthly client reports from the team.
  8. Regularly initiating new highly strategic, innovative, and creative campaign ideas for clients.
  9. Researching top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients' industry.
  10. Creating timely and engaging content plans optimized for the platform used and intended audience.
  11. Setting guidelines for team members including community managers/customer service.
  12. Analyzing and reporting social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities.
  13. Conceptualizing engaging and professional visuals with the creative team and content with copywriters, that reflect client and their brand (customizing social media pages, developing supporting offline collateral, creating original content, etc.).
  14. Continuously brainstorming for new campaigns and ideas with team members.
  15. Approving all quarterly client activation plans and suggested campaign ideas.
  16. Working towards bringing more leads and upselling.
  17. Performing other job-related duties as assigned by the direct manager.

  • Strong understanding of social media advertising across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
