Clinical Application Specialist Ultrasound

Job Description

As a Clinical Application Specialist- Ultrasound, you will provide clinical expertise through pre-sales presentations, product demonstrations, application training and handing over of company products. You will assist the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product clinical specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions. You will contribute to growing our Ultrasound business, customer satisfaction and pre/post-sales support in Gulf and Levant.

Your Role:

  1. Supporting Account Managers by providing clinical decision support for products and solutions, including sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  2. Developing and executing winning clinical sales strategies to expand market share.
  3. Working closely with Gulf & Levant region’s channel partners to ensure that they are up to date with the latest application training and demo capabilities.
  4. Educating the sales team on emerging clinical issues and positioning solutions to address these market changes.
  5. Setting up application training schedules, in close cooperation with the customer, and training customers in applying the best possible clinical procedures and protocols.
  6. Reporting to PH on difficulties in optimal usage of the equipment.
  7. Delivering customized (competency-based) training material pack when required.
  8. Conducting regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback about the quality of the training delivery and customer satisfaction.
  9. Managing safety standards required by the company, including radiation protection and health and safety regulations.
  10. Ensuring that all clinical applications training complies with the company's quality policy.
  11. Reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and following up on relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner.

You are the right fit if:

  1. University degree in relevant allied health discipline majors.
  2. In-depth knowledge of Ultrasound, with proficiency in clinical segments such as General imaging and OB/GYN; Cardiovascular knowledge is an additional asset.
  3. Preferably a minimum of 5 years of experience in Ultrasound Clinical Applications.
  4. Experience in using post-processing tools and advanced applications.
  5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to utilize problem-solving, critical thinking, and priority-setting skills.
  7. Teaching experience in a clinical environment preferred.
  8. No obstacles to travel.
