Four’s health media team is currently seeking an account executive to support key accounts in the pharmaceutical, health, and life sciences sectors. We are offering a unique opportunity for someone to develop their career as a paid-media specialist and join a highly successful and award-winning team of expert paid-media planning and buying specialists.
We require a proactive, keen, and driven individual to develop their client management, logistical, and data-analysis skills and be an integral part of our busy team. You will bring attention to detail, a solutions-focused mentality, be commercially-minded, and capable of multi-tasking to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
Ideally, you will have knowledge of paid-media, digital media, or general marketing and advertising. Experience within health and/or pharmaceutical advertising and marketing would be advantageous, though not essential (training will be provided). We are looking for someone who encapsulates all of these skills:

- Good level of proficiency with required IT packages: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
- Multi-lingual would be advantageous
Key aspects of the role:
- Ensure the smooth running of your client team supporting the account manager, director, and other members of the team
- Source crucial information and provide organizational excellence to ensure flawless planning and execution of media campaigns
- Create proposals and reports in PowerPoint and contribute towards visually appealing media plans using Excel
- Attend meetings and provide a clear outline of deliverables thereafter, as well as presenting ideas/outcomes to clients where appropriate
- Understand and contribute towards recommendations to maximize success for your client
- Identify opportunities via media monitoring and active networking
- Liaise with key stakeholders (publishers, creative agencies, internal teams) to ensure key campaign milestones are reached and client is fully informed of the status of their account
- Manipulate, analyze, and interpret data in Excel
- Deliver a high standard of data reporting based on working with both campaign data and existing data sources – delivered in both written and verbal format
- Develop your understanding of healthcare systems, pharmaceutical advertising, and therapy areas that are relevant to your client
