Job Overview:

The Account Director will be responsible for leading strategic communications and marketing initiatives for top-tier enterprise clients, multinationals, and government entities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of success in delivering comprehensive marketing and social media strategies. With a robust network and proven expertise in driving business results, this role will oversee agency operations, lead client negotiations, and have exposure to profit and loss (P&L) management.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the agency's strategic direction, overseeing the execution of marketing, advertising, and social media campaigns.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, including large enterprises and government entities.
3. Drive the full lifecycle of client engagements, from initial negotiations to delivery of solutions that exceed expectations.
4. Oversee the financial performance of client accounts, ensuring profitable outcomes and efficient use of resources.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative, results-driven marketing strategies.
6. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering growth and development within the agency.
