In this role, you will own the mailroom processes, from ensuring proper labeling & shipping instructions, processing & sorting mail into the proper locations, tracking jobs & logging any issues, and coming up with suggestions to improve.

This is a full-time, permanent position based onsite in sunny Jacksonville.

Requirements

Must Haves:

1. At least 1 year spent in a similar role (mailroom, post office, general office or business) with demonstrated experience planning, organizing, and prioritizing multiple projects.
2. Valid, violation-free driver’s license with reliable transportation and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage (per company policy).
3. Familiarity with mailroom equipment including computers, printers, scanners, and postage meters.
4. Computer and data entry skills with basic spreadsheet knowledge (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
5. Proven strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to handle confidential, sensitive information in a highly regulated environment.
7. Passion for coordinating tasks & projects and supporting teammates with an eye for process improvements.
8. High school diploma.

Nice-To-Haves:

1. Familiarity with databases (e.g., Microsoft Access or related system).
2. Some college.
