Accommodation Attendant

1. Prepare all the rooms or beds for new arrival staff.
2. Report all maintenance/repair requests to the Housing Supervisor/ Team Leader.
3. Conduct monthly inventory of furniture, fixtures, appliances, linens, cleaning materials, etc. as applicable.
4. Ensure that proper key controls are in place.
5. Report any fire or safety hazard to Housing Supervisor/ Team Leader.
6. Follow and recommend measures to minimize all wastage of materials and amenities used in the Accommodation.
7. Provide overall assistance to P&C as required.
8. Keeping all equipment clean, tidy and well maintained as per the Accommodation Operations Manual, including proper and secure storage.
9. Carrying out special tasks according to the assignments.
10. Report any damaged or missing items to the General Cleaner Supervisor for action and follow up.
11. Keeping all keys signed out in a secure manner and return them at the end of the shift to the ambassador in charge.
12. Ensuring that all team members enjoy their stay within the accommodation compound being offered the cleanliness and hygienic service always.
13. Carrying out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Housing Supervisor/ Team Leader.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Housing or Housekeeping.
2. Good communication skills.
3. Knowledge in Excel would be an added advantage.
4. Should be able to work with minimum supervision.
