We're Hiring: Access Control Management Officer!

We have an exciting remote opportunity for an Access Control Management Officer to join the User Profile Administration team. This role involves managing and controlling User Profile Administration (UPA) support across multiple offices to ensure efficient and secure support for end users.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Access Management: Create, modify, and disable user access.
2. Active Directory Management: Create Security Groups, Service Accounts, Distribution Lists, and administer user accounts.
3. Privileged Access Management (PAM): Onboard servers, map services, and create users in ARCOS.

What We're Looking For:

1. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
2. 4 years of experience in a technology-oriented banking environment.
3. Hands-on experience in ARCOS access management.
4. Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
5. Knowledge of banking applications such as Core Banking, IRIS, CRM, EDMS, GTS, PRIME, Select, BPM, Flexcube, Direct Banking, SWIFT, and more.

This role requires the ability to navigate a multi-system environment, address user access issues across various platforms, and support users globally.
