Primary Responsibilities:

I am seeking a certified ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Therapist for my 9-year-old autistic daughter. The role involves providing ABA therapy and working as a shadow teacher for my daughter during school hours.

• Deliver ABA therapy sessions to the child.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Work as a shadow teacher during school hours to support the child's learning and social integration.
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other professionals and family members to ensure consistent support.

Experience Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of autism and ABA principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet the child's individual needs.
• Filipino nationals are preferred, but candidates of other nationalities with strong qualifications are welcome to apply.
