A / V Technician

Job Summary :

Work closely with all team members to get the product ready, as per the sales order requirements, on behalf of production department to meet the delivery schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Must ensure that company policies and procedures are always adhered to.
2. Will be responsible as a team member to complete the whole process or part of it, namely :
3. Receive and verify materials issued from stores.
4. Completion of assembly by following relevant drawings and procedures.
5. Conduct tests and prepare reports as required and authorized.
6. Prepare and present the completed product for quality checks.
7. Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
8. Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1. High School Certificate
2. 3 years relevant experience
3. Experience in Mechanical assembly
4. To be familiar with assembly and testing of pressure control equipment's, and able to understand and identify components with help of drawings,
5. Technical Training Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Trades
6. Previous experience in WL / FL. (Actuator and Valves related operations)
7. Familiar with process of assembly and testing of valves and actuators,
8. Flowline, SSP products
