A/C Technician

Key Responsibilities

1. Receive job assignments and work orders from the Foreman A/C Section.
2. Diagnose and repair air-conditioning system defects within the assigned timeline.
3. Perform each repair requirement based on the job card and sign off on completed tasks.
4. Identify and report any additional repairs needed and update the job card accordingly.
5. Refer to technical manuals and repair booklets to troubleshoot complex issues.
6. Inform the Foreman A/C Section if additional parts need to be purchased.
7. Ensure the vehicle is properly reassembled, clean, and ready for delivery after repairs.
8. Follow manufacturer guidelines and safety regulations in all repair tasks.
9. Maintain tools, keeping them in good condition and ensuring workshop cleanliness.
10. Perform work in compliance with company QHSE standards and assigned responsibilities.
11. Carry out additional tasks assigned by the line manager based on qualifications and experience.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Strong knowledge of vehicle air-conditioning system repair and troubleshooting.
2. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and repair instructions in English.
3. Experience working in a professional vehicle repair workshop.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to complete work efficiently.
