Job description

Our esteemed client, based in Dubai, UAE, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeper / Nanny (M / F) for a live-in position. The role involves caring for three children—aged 2, 8, and 10—and supporting the day-to-day housekeeping of a refined, well-managed household.

The selected candidate will join an existing Housekeeper / Nanny already in place, ensuring a collaborative, respectful, and structured home environment. Light meal preparation and a caring, attentive approach to childcare are essential.

Responsibilities

Childcare

1. Supervise and care for three children (ages 2, 8, and 10)
2. Assist with daily routines: playtime, mealtime, hygiene, and bedtime
3. Maintain a nurturing, calm, and safe environment

Household support

1. Prepare light, healthy meals such as salads and simple snacks
2. Handle general housekeeping: tidying, laundry, ironing, and organization
3. Work in close collaboration with the existing Housekeeper / Nanny

Requirements

1. Previous experience as a Housekeeper / Nanny in a private household is required
2. Ability to care for young children with patience, kindness, and energy
3. Strong housekeeping skills and basic cooking ability
4. Respectful, discreet, and able to work independently and as part of a team
5. Fluent in spoken English
6. Open to candidates of all nationalities

Work conditions

1. Location: Dubai, UAE
2. Contract type: Full-time, live-in position
3. Accommodation: Provided by the employer
4. Working days: Six days per week, with one day off
5. Team structure: Works alongside a second Housekeeper / Nanny
6. Benefits: Full sponsorship provided: Visa, medical insurance, and flight ticket

Salary

4,000 – 5,000 AED / month, depending on experience and qualifications
