Drawing generation and preparation using E3D, SP3D, SMART SKETCH, and MicroStation, AutoCAD.
Extraction of Drawings and Reports from SP3D/E3D.
Understanding of Model review using Smart Plant Review & Navisworks.
Participating in model reviews and coordinating with clients to close model review tags.
Resolution of Interdisciplinary Points in 3D model & incorporation of client comments.
Preparation & Checking of Instrument Cable Ladder/Tray Layouts, Cable Routing Drawings, Instrument Air Manifold layouts, Instrument and Junction Box Location Layouts, Analyzer shelter layouts, Fire and Gas Detector Location Layouts, Telecom/PAGA Location layouts, Instrument Pneumatic Hook-ups, Instrument Fabrication and Installation details, Hazards Area Classification drawings.
Instrument Wiring Diagrams, Instrument Interconnection Drawings, Instrument Loop Diagrams, Control Room Layouts, Instrument Equipment Room layouts, Pipeline Shelter Room Layouts, Instrument Power Supply Distribution Diagram, Instrument Cable routing cross-section, and Cable Tray loading sizing. MCT design. Instrument Earthing drawings.
MTO for Instrument Cables, Cable Glands, Junction Boxes, Cable Ladder or Tray and accessories, MCT, Tubes and Fittings, Instrument Supports, Cable Lugs/Ties/Marker/Nameplate/Consumable Items, etc.
Qualifications
Diploma in Instrument Technology Engineering or relevant qualifications.
Minimum 12 years of experience in design and preparation of Instrumentation deliverables for Chemical/Oil and Gas Industrial Projects, including a minimum of 5 years (preferred) in the GCC region.
Experience in 3D Modeling for Instrumentation Engineering Design Environment.
