Create 3D exhibit/event/booths/products stands design concepts and renderings from concept to final completion.
Develop design layouts for complex projects using Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools.
Create concepts from scratch based on provided briefs and discussions, giving unique ideas and making them come to life.
Understand the project purpose, define requirements, and develop high-quality designs accordingly.
Visualize and understand the project end to end and create thematic concepts accordingly.
Understand, create, and apply brand guidelines from organizers and event directors, ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
Manage documentation of both new and revised 3D designs.
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Liaise with the Commercial Team and Operations Team periodically to ensure that deadlines are met.
Respond to in-house and client feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain an organized file structure and data management system that allows all team members to easily access project files and pictures on the centralized/shared storage space for future reference.
Manage time efficiently to avoid missing deadlines.
Aside from working hours, flexibility to spend more time on urgent projects and tight deadlines.
Manage the design presentation using InDesign.
Minimum Experience:
At least 3-4 years’ experience in the Creative and Design Industry, ideally in Exhibitions Stand Design.
Functional Skills and Capabilities:
Proficiency in creating 3D renderings to scale for exhibit layouts with programs like 3D Max and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of space planning, exhibition best practices, and standards.
Ability to work on multiple projects at once.
Ability to come up with optimal design solutions quickly.
Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage a continuous workflow in a high-volume, multi-tasking environment.
Ability to communicate and articulate design concepts reflecting the brief given.
Material knowledge and follow-up of any updates in the market regarding prices, new materials, new technologies, and substitutes available.
