Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. 15 years of experience in technology delivery / solution build roles preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
2. Strong understanding of banking systems, payments, and compliance systems.
3. Proficiency in fullstack technologies including Java, JavaScript (React/Angular), cloud platforms (Azure), and databases.
4. Experience with microservices architecture, APIs, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
5. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to drive technology transformation.
6. Experience in team management, delivery planning, and solution architecture.
