About The Role

As a Business Analyst at FTI Delta, you will work under the guidance of experienced consultants. In this role, you will conceptualize and structure problems, perform detailed numerical analysis and extract insights that inform strategic decisions. FTI Delta is looking to invest in your future by considering you for a full-time Business Analyst opportunity upon graduation. Candidates would jumpstart their career with FTI Consulting between July 2025 – September 2025.

What You’ll Do

As a Business Analyst, you will conduct accurate and thorough research for client projects and proposals. Your tasks include analyzing data, summarizing findings through various formats and facilitating team discussions. You will also help develop intellectual capital and manage client relationships with sensitivity and professionalism.

Your responsibilities extend to structuring complex analyses, enhancing Excel skills and ensuring consistency across all outputs. You will manage your workload efficiently, meet deadlines, communicate progress and develop skills through ongoing feedback. This role demands strong analytical abilities, effective communication and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What You Will Need To Succeed

Basic Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor’s degree or completing a fifth-year master’s program with a graduation date between December 2024 – May 2025.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship.
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI Delta office(s).

• Major(s): Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Operations, Statistics.
