Job Overview:

Metropolitan Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated 1C ERP Project Manager to join our IT Department in Dubai. This role involves managing the development, customization, and optimization of the 1C (FirstBIT ERP) system, ensuring efficient integration and automation of business processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with developers and business users to drive the successful implementation of ERP solutions while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

What You Will Do:

• Develop, customize, and update 1C (FirstBIT ERP), including custom modules, reports, and integrations.
• Evaluate tasks, establish deadlines, and ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze, optimize, and automate business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee 1C integration with other software products.
• Clearly document and describe tasks for developers.
• Manage development projects independently or with remote development teams.
• Provide user support and training as needed.
• Gather and analyze requirements from business users, translating them into actionable development tasks.
• Coordinate between business teams and development production teams to ensure alignment.
• Contribute to the development of project structures and frameworks.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proficiency in 1C development, including creating and modifying configurations, custom modules, and reports.
• At least 1 year of experience implementing 1C products, particularly Accounting.
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements from business users.
• Solid understanding of 1C programming and metadata.
• Fluency in both Russian and English.

• Experience in subcontractor management.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
