Key Responsibilities

1. Drive sales and rental of construction equipment across the UAE.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
3. Consistently meet and exceed financial sales targets.
4. Provide expert consultation and support to clients regarding lifting solutions.
5. Prepare reports, market analysis, and feedback to the management team.
6. Travel across the UAE to engage with clients and develop business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 4-7 years in the sales and rental of construction equipment in the UAE.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with spider cranes, vacuum glass lifters, solar tower lights, spider lifts, scissor lifts, and general lifting solutions is a plus.
Sales Track Record: Proven ability to meet financial sales targets.
Key Account Management: 3-5 years of experience managing key accounts.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills (written and spoken English), team player, self-starter, excellent reporting abilities.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively across the UAE.
